Corn Casserole

Saute together:
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 diced jalepenos
1 stick of butter

Mix all ingredents together:
2 cans mexicorn, drained
2 cups yellow rice, cooked
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar of pimentos
1 tsp. worshershire sauce
1/2 tsp. tobasco
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all and place in 9x13 and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
